Free hospital treatment for children who can't afford it

Every child deserves
a new morning.

When a family hears a diagnosis they cannot afford, night falls. Saverah pays the hospital directly, in full — the family pays nothing. From ₹99 a month, you can be the reason morning comes.

The longest night

India doesn't lack cures.
Families lack a few lakh rupees.

Every year, around two lakh children are born in India with a heart defect — most of them curable. Childhood cancers are 75–85% curable at India's best hospitals. Yet treatments stop midway every day, not because medicine fails, but because money runs out. The surgeon exists. The bed exists. What's missing, case after case, is the bill being paid.

This is the most fixable tragedy in India. So we fix it the only way it can be fixed — one child at a time.

How Saverah works

Three steps between a diagnosis and a discharge slip.

Step one A child's case reaches us

Partner hospitals flag a child whose family cannot pay. Field workers and families can also refer a case directly.

Step two We verify within 72 hours

Diagnosis, treatment plan and the family's means — confirmed by our medical board, fast. Illness doesn't wait for paperwork.

Step three The hospital is paid. Directly.

Funds settle against the actual hospital bill — never through the family, never in cash. Their only job is to be with their child.

Then, every month on WhatsApp: the child you helped, the hospital bill we paid, the recovery you funded. Proof — not a pamphlet.

This month's children

Three children are waiting for morning.

Verified cases at our partner hospitals right now. Circle members fund treatments like these — together, month after month.

The Saverah Circle · Monthly giving

हर महीने, एक नया सवेरा।A new morning, every month.

One person can't fund a heart surgery. A circle can. Members give a small amount monthly via UPI Autopay — together it becomes surgeries, chemo cycles and NICU days, every single month.

  • Collective power. 1,000 members at ₹299 fund one child's heart surgery — every month, forever.

  • Proof on WhatsApp, monthly. The child's photo, the hospital bill, the recovery update. You'll see exactly what your money did.

  • 100% to treatment. Our running costs are covered separately by founding patrons — your money only ever becomes care.

  • Tax sorted, automatically. Instant 80G receipt, and your deduction appears pre-filled in your ITR (Form 10BE every May).

Where your money goes

Your daan, accounted for to the last rupee.

Most giving in India fails at the same point: nobody shows you what happened next. Saverah is built backwards from that exact failure.

One child, one ledger

Sponsor a treatment and you see that child's case: the estimate, the bills, the discharge slip. Not a vague annual report.

The 100% model

Founding patrons cover salaries, rent and software separately — so every rupee of public donations becomes treatment. Nothing skimmed, nothing "allocated".

Registered & verifiable

Registered Indian charitable trust with 12A & 80G. Verify our registration yourself on the Income Tax e-filing portal — we link to it, we don't just claim it.

A public ledger

Every hospital payment we make is published — amount, hospital, date — in our open ledger. Radical transparency isn't a slogan; it's a spreadsheet.

"If you ever wonder where your ₹299 went — email me, personally. I'll reply with the hospital bill it helped pay. That's the standard we hold ourselves to."

Before you ask

Fair questions, straight answers.

Can money be deducted without my knowledge?

No — by design. UPI Autopay runs on NPCI rails regulated by the RBI. Your bank must notify you (app + SMS) at least 24 hours before every debit. If that notification fails, the debit is automatically blocked. The system fails safe, in your favour.

How do I pause or cancel?

Open GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app → Autopay / Mandates → Saverah → pause or cancel. Three taps, instant, protected by your UPI PIN. You never have to call us, email us, or explain yourself.

Is Saverah a registered organisation?

Yes — a registered Indian charitable trust with 12A and 80G approvals and a NITI Aayog Darpan ID. All registration numbers are in the footer, and each links to the government portal where you can verify them independently. In an era of fake-charity scams, please do verify — we built for it.

Do I get a tax receipt?

Instantly, by email, after every payment. And because we file Form 10BD with the Income Tax Department, your deduction appears pre-filled in your ITR — with your Form 10BE certificate emailed every May. Add your PAN (optional) and it's fully automatic. Donations qualify under Section 80G (50% deduction, old regime).

How are children selected?

Partner hospitals flag children whose families cannot pay. Our medical board verifies the diagnosis, the treatment plan and the family's means within 72 hours. We prioritise lethal-but-curable conditions — cases where money is the only thing standing between a child and a full recovery.

Doesn't Ayushman Bharat already cover this?

Partly, sometimes — and that's the problem. Many pediatric procedures are excluded or capped below real costs, private insurers don't cover congenital conditions, and enrollment paperwork can take longer than an aggressive disease allows. Saverah exists for exactly the children who fall through these gaps.

What if a child's case gets overfunded?

Anything beyond a child's final hospital bill rolls forward to the next verified child in the queue — and we tell you when that happens. Money never sits idle and never gets reclassified as "operations".

Can I give once instead of monthly?

Of course — use the "One-time" tab above. But monthly is what lets us promise a hospital, in writing, that a child's treatment is covered before it starts. Steady money saves lives that urgent money reaches too late.

The morning is a decision

Somewhere tonight, a parent is staring at an estimate they can't pay.
Be their saverah.

From ₹99 a month — less than one chai a day — you can be the reason a treatment starts on time.
